Renowned for Delicious home-made baking, breakfasts, lunches and teas.
The meat, fish, eggs, ice cream and tablet we serve in the cafe come from local suppliers and, where possible, our cheeses, cream, milk, fruit and vegetables from Scottish suppliers too.
Set against the awe-inspiring backdrop of Rannoch Moor, Rannoch Station is the perfect starting point for families, day trippers, walkers and cyclists who want to experience and explore one of the most stunning landscapes that Scotland has to offer.
We have an array of interesting Gifts and cards as well and you can be assured of a very warm welcome.
Reopening for the season 16th March 2024
For March, the tearoom will be open Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
From 1st April onwards we'll be open 5 days a week, from Saturday to Wednesday, so we'll be closed on Thursdays and Fridays.
Opening hours are:
08:30 (10:00 on Sundays) until 16:30.
Please make a reservation to ensure a table is available. If you are reserving on the day please call rather than email, text or message.
When closed there is an honesty box for the available kettle and coffee, tea and biscuits so you can make yourself a nice reviving cuppa if you arrive cold and tired.
Due to the bridge you have to cross to get to the platform, unfortunately it is not accessible for wheelchairs or for those who cannot negotiate the ancient metal bridge with steps at each end. This is the only way to reach the cafe.
